HOPE, Amplified

HOPE,
Amplified
Palm Beach County is building something no one else has: a county-wide system that can see childhood adversity coming — and answer it before a child reaches crisis.

For one morning, we are opening that system to the people who make it possible. Not a slideshow about our technology — the technology itself, live, in your hands.

Every point is a child served in Palm Beach County. De-identified, shown in aggregate.
What You Will See

Four systems, one mission

Each of these is live today. Choose one to see what it does — and what it makes possible next.

The Data Dashboard

More than 14,000 unduplicated client records, tracked in real time and viewed in aggregate. It shows us where adversity is concentrating, which interventions are working, and where the gaps are — while every child stays de-identified.

Most organizations report on what already happened. This lets us see patterns as they form, and move resources while it still matters.

A live walkthrough on the big screen, then your own questions answered from the actual data — not a prepared chart.

HOPE Assistant

Public-facing · available to anyone, today

A parent at 2 a.m. does not need a directory. They need an answer. HOPE Assistant responds to real questions about children's behavior, trauma, and where to get help — in plain language, grounded in our clinical practice.

It is live right now. Ask it something before you arrive, then watch it field the room's questions from the stage.

Staff-facing today · extending to partners next

Built on A Way of Being with Children, E.L.I.O. puts our clinical framework in a clinician's hands at the moment they need it — a coach for the hard conversation happening right now, not a manual on a shelf.

The next chapter is the one this room can accelerate: extending E.L.I.O. to partner sites, educators, and pediatric professionals across the county.

A live look at what our staff use every day — and a first preview of where it goes from here.

Find Support

A public health front door

Technology only matters if a family can find it. Our website now works as a triage front door — guiding a parent, caregiver, or professional to the right level of help, whether that is us, a partner, or a resource they can use tonight.

This is the public health approach made practical: meet people where they already are, at the moment they are looking.

On October 27

How a family moves from a late-night search to a real appointment — traced end to end.

The Face of Data

Behind every record, a childhood

The dashboard counts 14,000. These are three of them. The technology exists so that a family never becomes a statistic we noticed too late.

Why This Morning Matters

Everyone is talking about AI in human services. We are running it.

01

In production, not in pilot. HOPE Assistant is public today. E.L.I.O. is in our clinicians' hands today.

02

Built on our own clinical framework. Not a general chatbot — grounded in A Way of Being with Children.

03

Measured against real outcomes. The same dashboard that tracks 14,000+ records tells us whether it is working.

Stephania Linares
Telling her story on October 27

Stephania Linares

Parent advocate · Mother · Director, The Moore Agency
“I still remember the intake process and feeling, for the first time in a long time, that someone genuinely cared about understanding my family's needs.”

“Discovering the Center for Child Counseling was truly a breath of fresh air for my family. I had no idea programs of this caliber existed in our community. Every experience we've had has been exceptional, from the compassionate staff to the evidence-based, family-centered approach. The mental health consultation gave me clarity, direction, and hope during a difficult season, making challenges that once felt overwhelming seem much more manageable.”

About Stephania

A proud single mother, parent advocate, and communications professional in Palm Beach County. Inspired by raising a child with special needs and navigating significant family challenges — including an unexpected involvement with the justice system — she works to elevate parent voices and improve access to mental health and family support services. She is a Director at The Moore Agency, a board member of Support Not Stigma Counseling & Wellness, a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, and a graduate of The Children's Movement of Florida's inaugural Parent Leadership Network.

Three hours, start to finish

Come for the program, stay for the stations, leave whenever you need to.

8:30 – 9:00 AM

9:00 – 10:00 AM
The Systems, Live

Welcome and framing from Renée Layman, President & CEO, then a live HOPE Assistant moment, an E.L.I.O. walkthrough, and the first half of the dashboard deep dive.

10:00 – 10:45 AM
Stephania's Story & The Data

A mother's story, then the rest of the dashboard, then open conversation — questions drawn from what the room submitted, not a microphone passed down a row.

10:45 – 11:30 AM
What's Next, Then Stay a While

Where this goes from here, a close from Renée, and stations open for anyone who wants to keep exploring or talk with our team.
