SUMMARY:ArtClub: Anxiety Group
DESCRIPTION:ArtClub: Jewelry Making Activities\n\n\n\nThis group provides support for students in High School who are experiencing anxiety.  \n\n\n\nThe Anxiety Support Group will be a 5-week series from September 13th – October 11th. Group will meet in-person at Lighthouse Art Center\, Studio 385\, on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Class size is limited to 8 students. \n\n\n\nStudents will participate in a variety of therapeutic jewelry making activities and opportunities for discussion. At the end of each group cohort\, participants will receive their own Art and Mindfulness Kit to promote continued use of the skills and techniques learned during the group session.  \n\n\n\nPre-enrollment is required to join this group.  \n\n\n\nCOMPLETE THE INTEREST FORM.
